CRADLE Connects: Typical and Atypical Development of Large-scale Functional Brain Networks. A talk by Professor Vinod Menon.

Published on: 21-Jan-2019

CRADLE Connects is a series of networking sessions designed to facilitate dialogue among academics and professionals across NTU. We began this year's instalment of CRADLE Connects on 16 Jan at The ARC Lecture Theatre, NTU.

We were honoured to have Professor Vinod Menon, the director of Stanford Cognitive and Systems Neuroscience Laboratory, join us. Prof Menon spoke about his work on the triple network model. He shared insightful thoughts on the development of large-scale distributed human brain networks using task and task-free functional magnetic resonance imaging data. He also gave valuable advice on research in field with all researchers and students present.

This event drew around more than 100 academics; Researchers, professionals, and interested students from NTU, NUS, NIE, Singapore Bioimaging Consortium, and the Ministry of Education (MOE) participated.

We welcome more participants to join us for upcoming CRADLE Connects. Please email if you would like to be added to our mailing list for notifications on upcoming activities and events.
